Orders
We deliver within Kuwait only. After you order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we cannot reach you to confirm.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Payment is by Cash on Delivery. Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery
Free delivery in Kuwait: 1–3 days.
In case of severe weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 7 days.
Return and exchange
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a return or exchange.
